SSRP will be running the Sport Ireland Coaching ‘Coaching Children Workshop Series’ this November and December. It will take place on Thursday evenings in Sligo Grammar School Sports Hall.

Encouraging coaches to get back to sport we are offering a 75% discount on the course down from €40 to just €10 for all 4 workshops.

The course will cover 4 modules and each coach will receive a bank of games on balance, co-ordination, speed, agility and inclusion.

· Workshop 1 - Coaching Children Successfully in Sport – Balance Games & activities

· Workshop 2 - Child-Centred Coaching – Co-ordination Games & activities

· Workshop 3 - Developing Physical Literacy 1 – Speed & Agility Games

· Workshop 4 - Developing Physical Literacy 2 – Inclusive & Adaption Games
